(1.14.4) Potion Effect icons are rendered with a "Missing texture" background

This happens both for the icon on the top right and the icon in the inventory hud

Issue comments

I believe this is caused by an image having transparent parts. I will check why this is happening.

I have found the cause, it will be fixed in the next release.
