Missing water texture in 1.14.4 and 1.12.2

Issue description

so I am not sure if this is a bug or not But field in 1.12.2 or 1.14.4 is not loading any textures in-game and in 1.14.4 the item and the fluid will not load I put the textures I am using. I don't have any invalid characters in the texture name. (I am using the same textures)

If you made your textures manually, you need to define texute.png.mcmeta file too. I suggest you import your texture strips in MCreator's animation maker and define animation from there.
