Issue description
I don't think the recaptcha for this website is working because there are bots spamming on my forum pages that are inappropriate and annoying. Can you ban this user and remove his comments please?
We have bot prevention systems working. This is a manual spamming. Thanks for letting me know, I have banned the user.
