Set entity velocity and rotation

Issue description

You know. If I am right you can get velocity of entity.

It would be cool to also have option to set velocity for entity.

We could create flying or rushing entities and cannons!

(If I am right velocity makes you move, am I correct? I hope so)

So what do you think about it?

That is correct, but in most cases, one would need to set it each tick or it would be overridden by movement controller. I will check what would work and whatnot.

i also recomend to add only (Change) set [variable name input] (by) [number input]
