A vertical entity direction degree procedure

Issue description

Since we have the "Entity direction in deg. relative to S" procedure, why not have a vertical entity direction degree?

If the player would be looking straight forward, this value would be 0°, if looking straight up this value would be -90° and 90° when looking straight down.

I really hope you'll add this because it'd be usefull for making tools that build stuff in a certain vertical direction.
