Preserving en_US lang file when locking base mod files

Issue description

Title says it all. I really need this option for my custom enchantments tutorial because there is no other way to add localization to your enchantments.

Issue comments

Use add translation entry button to add custom keys to the translation interface, en_US, and all other lang tables preserve custom keys.

If you locked this file, all elements added from this point on would have broken translations.
