Issue description

Add a quick modding tool to create a tree, which creates a sapling, leaves, and logs. Add an option to add a secondary drop to the leaves, and let us choose our tree type to spawn in a biome. Also let us allow bigger tree sizes (2*2 and 3*3) to generate and be grown with saplings.

I know a similar effect can be done already but it would be so much better as a quick modding tool!! Please, people want this feature!!

This was requested before a few times. We do plan adding more quick tools in the future, but for trees, a whole tree element type would be more appropriate before adding this as a pack making tool.
