Custom rain colors in custom dimension

I would like the option to color rain in my custom dimension and/or biome if this is possible Thank you!

and i'm sorry if this is a duplicate if so i just want you to know i did all the research and couldn't find this ticket

This is a bit out of scope of MCreator as this would require custom weather renderer, but you can take a try at code if you know some Java and OpenGL.
