Client isn't starting anymore since the PC crashed while starting

Issue description

I changed some mod elements and started the client. While the Minecraft-Window already popped up (and the Mojang-loading-screen appeared) my PC crashed (bluescreened).

After restarting I tried to launch the client again but it crashed before the gamewindow even popped up. Rebuilding the workspace etc. didn't work either, so i couldn't find which of the files were corrupted. Here is the console:
