Issue description

I was trying to put a procedure that I created onto the block I wanted it to run on, but it said "missing dependencies". When I went into the procedure, it said there were no problems. Can anyone help?

You are requesting cmdparams - parameters on update tick procedure?

cmdparams dependency is only provided by command executed trigger in command element.

Except that in version 2020.3, version 1.12.2 of forge will no longer be supported and my mod is in 1.12.2, I will open a server under this version, so it is imperative for me that the mod be in 1.12.2
