EnergySwirlLayer for custom mobs

in the last snapshot we received the option to add a layer that shines more i would like to ask for a function to create mobs or animals similar to the minecraft loaded creeper i would be really happy!

The swirl layer requires mob to be creeper based, unfortunately.
