Can I change my skin?Mcreator isn't bound to ANY minecraft accounts,so I can't change this way.

In test environment, you are user "Dev". This is offline kind of client not not meant for actual use.

and is Minecraft Java Edition IN MCREATOR free?Do I have a Java Edition first?

Why do I need Bedrock edition first instead of a built-in?Did you BUY the Dev account?

Java edition uses MC client by Forge that is deobfed offline client and does not work with online mode.

Bedrock edition does not offer this so yes, you SHOULD buy MC to test bedrock.
