start problem with mcreator

Issue description

I have a problem with mcreator 2020.3, it does not start, it runs normally, but it pauses in loading plugin data and I tried to leave it for a while, days but nothing happens sorry for my English

Issue comments

Reboot computer
Remove all existing install files (uninstall MCreator)
Reboot computer
Install 2020.3

This is bug in 2020.2 uninstaller (that left some 2020.2 files in 2020.3 folder) and was fixed in 2020.3 uninstaller
