Issue description

It would be nice to have a forum where modders search for translators and translators search for translatable mods. Modders will improve their mods, and translators will improve their skills. It is a win-win.

I don't think there is a community around this big enough for this to make a separate forum section.

But a more wide collaboration section for the modding category would fit. I will consider adding it ;)
