I will list instead of opening ticket for each one because only one of them is implemented will make me happy: 1.let people can modify/remove their reply to an issue/forum for a few hours. 2.people can "reopen" thier tickets(with a time interval),and notify the developers there is something more about it to discuss. may post more in the comments.

please reopen this ticket,and i have 1 more to say:
have a "notice user/delevoper" button in forums so people can notice them that they should take a look at it.
they should get the info at almost every page of the website,and he/she can cancel it in user settings and he/she will only recive it in the "recent forum topics" "related forum topics" section and "user profile" page.
This was discussed and will not be added plus there is no way to do this with the system I use for the website.
