Issue description
I'm having an issue with a duplicate portal ignitor showing up in my creative tab, I made a recipe for one and the crafted one does not work. However the one I chose in the creation of the dim and portal, works fine.
I at first thought I was doing something wrong, but am now suspicious of a bug somewhere.

You made a custom item called igniter which looks the same as dimension igniter so naturally, there are two of them. Why did you even do this, you can't just make your own igniter this way.
