Issue description

I would like the add-on generator to be updated to 1.16.0, which was released today. 1.16.0 updates the block format, but nothing else. Custom blocks no longer work in a 1.14.0 add-on.

Waiting for this bug to be fixed: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-63121

Right now blocks can't be shown in the creative menu, other things should work if implemented
