Biome Category/Dictionary Procedures

I'd like there to be "is biome at x: [x] y: [y] z: [z] dictionary type [insert biome dictionary type here]" and/or "is biome at x: [x] y: [y] z: [z] of category [insert biome category here]" procedures, as well as an "is block at x: [x] y: [y] z: [z] tag [insert tag here]" procedure. I believe that adding these will be useful in that one won't have to input "or" statements for each and every biome or block/item in which they want a procedure or part of a procedure to take place.
