Issue description

Pretty self-explanatory.. Maybe you could add it like the new mob spawn list in biomes. With this feature we will be able to make our blocks non-cuboid.

I planned to add this in a form of a 3D editor, but proposed solution could work for the meantime too.

If this could be done I would be very excited for it. Also, once you do make the modeler, make sure to have it where the hitbox for targeting the block and colliding with the block are different because there are some blocks in vanilla Minecraft that are that way.
