[Works as Intended] Custom Sounds Play Twice

Issue description

At some point between the last snapshot and full release of 2020.4, all of my custom sounds play twice when triggered. I saw there was a recent change relating to sounds that fixes a crash, so perhaps that might be the root cause. 

Issue comments

They now play twice as the play on the client and server-side to be more universally usable. If your procedure runs on both sides, check for the server-side and only play sound on that side.

Oh, I see. That makes sense. So I'll use the "is current world remote" block to choose to play the sound server-side or clientside
