Is it possible to restore the mod to the program via a .jar file

Is it possible to import the mod to mcreator if you have a file in .jar format because windows deleted it from the program and all i have is the exported mod file from mcreator i send the mod file as if it were needed.

I also wanted to add how to add the mod file to the application and whether it is possible?
