start a survival world with a unstable bomb and try not to get hit or go to sleep and just in case you get hit craft a life saver. the unstable bomb will blow or change tiers ,the higher the bomb the higher of it blowing. so try to speedrun minecraft with the unstable bomb. if you make it to the stage 4 of the unstable bomb you get the fear effect.
