How to make stripped log procedure

I made a new log, whit a new axe and a stripped log, but I don't know how to make the procedure to strip the log. 

I made a item tag containing all axes and I tried making a procedure

In when log right clicked

If: is item in provided itemstack tagged in item tags as axe_tag (name of the tag I made)

Do: replace block at x y z whit (stripped log) keep state: yes  keep nbt/inventory: no

Deal 1 damage to provided itemstack

But it says missing depencies

Someone could help?
