This is an old fourm which I decide to edit. I wanted to add a new fourm but it seems that I cannot as I need to sign in, the thing is I am already signed in.I have tried refreshing the page, reopening the page, reseting my browser, trying anouther browser. Comment below if you have the same problem.

You are not alone. I have same problem.
This is because a korean member (s) are hacked this website at half and he have infinite accounts to not get banned.
He hacked:
Forums are unable to create.
Modfication ID is "invalid"
Some things not works right.
The website was closed and I believe the accounts have been closed. But new fourms still dont work.
