Hi, I made (am making) some resource packs, but I didn't make them with MCreator, but I am wondering if I can post them here even though they aren't made with MCreator? (I have no Planet Minecraft or Curseforge account btw)
Probably an obvious answer but no.
Make a PMC account and post it there.
CurseForge is better to post mods, plugins, addons, resource packs and maps.
You can generally post resource packs here, as long as they have some sort of connection with eg. MCreator like you drew textures there or used resources plugin, or if it accompanies your mod.
I will try compat with my mods (and possibly some other mods?), but there is one mod that changes a single texture and one that I'm not sure about adding mod compatibility to...
Ok, I've worked out how to add mod compat, I will test it soon...
