Procedure blocks disappeared?

I was working on a mod, and after testing it I went back into the procedure to edit the blocks and nothing is there? I have an error saying it can't find the main block but the code I had in it still works. I tried exporting it to possibly maybe somehow bring it back but tells me I cant export an empty procedure.  Is there anyway to bring it back? I worked hours on it and don't want to have to start over :(
