When can a dye pack get added? I am making a mod and it feels hopeless.

Ok, so, I tried using this snapshot. I used my mod I was making (1.17.1, but I backed it up) and tried to build it. I keep getting the error "error: package <modID>ModPotions does not exist". I have tried resetting the console code, clearing all catches, cleaning autogenerated code. It keeps giving me the error though. Any suggestions?

Villager trades were waiting for 9 months to get released, I hope finally adding them was worth it!
