-changed grass of Wasteland biome

-added Toxix cow

-added a needle (empty, filled)

-filled needles used to transform a cow to a toxic cow/zombies transform to Toxic sludge

-right-clicking with a needle on grass block while in the Wasteland making empty needle to filled needle

How did you manage to create a kind of radius without the radioactive block? So that the environment gives the effect even without the block?

You mean the biome giving you the effect?
