Are you sure you got them? This usually shows up when you dont have any so far. Also if they aren't showing up in chat maybe you have gamerule that disables them in chat idk how is the gamerule called but it is something like announceAdvancements or doAnnounceAdvancements Othervise i have no idea... Sorry
announceAdvancements doesn't completely disable the Advancements screen, it only just makes it so when you get an advancement it isn't announced in chat. This however seems like a bug. I'd either refactor your workspace or go back to a backup.
