I suggest asking the plugin author for help.
But to me it seems like you did not enable API in workspace settings or if this is explored mod, you did not install the geckolib mod there
If the API was not enabled the mod would not compile to begin with, so this is probably the latter.
where i can download geckolib for 1.16.5 in 2021.3 ?
