Enchants Not Supported

I can't figure out why, but when creating a custom enchant, it says putting the enchant on a book is "Not Supported." It is the fabric mod version so I believe it needs another plugin to work. but the only one I can find doesn't support new versions of the fabric plugin for MCreator. Anyone help? (and sorry I can't post pictures, but when adding minimum and maximum levels theres a section that says "Is this enchantment allowed on books?" and it says "Not Supported", just for extra detail.)
