My First new mob

My First new mob

Hi. I'm trying to make a mob and im having trouble with it behaviour.

 

I'm trying to make it a passive mob that only fights back when attacked (but it won't fight), but is aggressive to monster mobs.

I want to make a ranged attack (with a projective and knockback) and a melee attack for it.

I also want to make it a flying mob that fights while in the air and never lands unless is can't reach me with its ranged attack (but I can't get it to fly).

It should spawn in the air and flying.

I also want to make it that when it flies, that its model is in a superman flying pose (only when passive) and only be in the creative mode walk flying (when fighting).

I also want it to be tamed when defeated (I'm assuming i just make that game spawn a new mob that is a tamed version of it on the spot it died, but i dont want the player to see the death animation).

 

Any tips? With the basic mob creator in the MCreator software. It doesn't seem that most of these things are possible, but I hope they are.

I do have programming knowledge so if anything requires code I'll be happy to do it.

Having programming knowledge, you should already know good and well that this request requires a good bit of coding that mCreators element creation GUI wont let you do. You would have to code (in the element code editor enviroment) custom AI, custom events and conditions, and custom rendering, and every other class related to them.
