MCreator issue tracker has been migrated to GitHub.
Existing tickets have been migrated to GitHub. Please open new tickets on the GitHub tracker instead. If you do not have a GitHub account, all feature requests and bug reports from forums are still considered and checked by the maintainers.
From what I see in the video, your installation is incomplete. You need res and lib directory too, but they are not there. Install MCreator using the installer or extract all the files from the archive.
You may also want to use the .bat file as you were instructed if you keep having issues, but this won't work if you do not copy all installation files first.
