Error opening file for writing

When i open new 1.7.9 mc pylo installer the notification is poping up:

First, make sure to use a supported OS. If this is not the case, make sure to run the installer with admin rights. If this does not help, install MCreator using zip file instead of installer.

I have found the Fix to that problem, the problem eccures because some programs are open, just open task manager (or presss CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) and then close the OpenJDK hidden programs, in my info it was fixed.
