Mod Crashes When I Run It On Forge

PLEASE HELP every time i run this mod in forge it crashes and i get this error

The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail
Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderException: test Failed load class: mod.mcreator.test

also im having trouble with the dimension portal igniter

You need to create the recipe using the recipe mod element as usual.

Regarding crash, does it happen in test Minecraft client or in actual Minecraft game after export? Could you please post the full error log alongside with the answer to the previous question? Thanks!
