It's not currently possible, but I'm sure someone sent that idea to MCreator staff.
If not, why don't you do it yourself.

hello, I created in MCREATOR, an aquatic dimension.
I also created an effect called "pressure", I would like this effect to inflict drowning damage to the player only in this dimension, when it is in water and it is bellow the Y:0 .
Problem, I don't know how to set this up.
If anyone could help me plz ? THANKS
