Any way to use an API for another existing mod with MCreator?

I was wondering if there was any way to use an API from another, existing, non-MCreator mod.

I'm trying to make an addon mod for Thaumcraft 4 (1.7.10). I've made most of a framework for it in Java but can't get entities to work, so I thought of getting my entity code from MCreator. Then I realized it would be very out of place among my custom classes and decided that if there was a way to do it with just MCreator, I would do it.

Thanks for any help.

I hope so, I am looking to work with this very subject, particularly with the Redstone Flux API.

This will probably not happen but there is Forge Energy that is build in and it will be sooner or later implemented, some mods are using it and red flux is compatible with it
