Item NBT prosedures

Issue description

add a prosedure block that can add NBT data to items (enchants, attributes, etc), you could also add a prosedure block to remove NBT data from an item as well as a get NBT data prosedure block.

if you combine this whit the "on item creation" prosedure trigger you could have pre enchanted items in the creative inventory.

We have this in the plan for later versions of MCreator.
