How can I create a flower?

I'm new at Mcreator, and I wanted to add a few flowers into my mod. How can I make it so that it doesn't consume the plant item from the player's inventory (when in creative), and to not have it be able to be placed on anything but a grass block? Help is greatly appreciated!
