Issue description

Hi, When my biome trees are made of schematic or nbt files, sometimes they are generated in the air, not on the ground, without any block under the tree, they are not generated in a high level, but when they are created there is not any block under it.

In 1.8.3, you will be able to define structure offset so you could move the structure a few blocks down.
