Issue description
Since we can't make/import gigantic structures without using schematics i would like to see a new tool.
My idea was:
A function/tool you can use for converting schematics into .nbt files.
Or a another possibility is to add .nbt data back to schematics. (So they aren't useless anymore and we can have giant structures again)
I know it's really hard to code something like this.
But it would be insanly usefull.

For .nbt, there is no limit for structure size. Schematics are outdated format, not supported and we will drop their support completely in the future updates.
