Logic and Operations blocks not working

Issue description

Whenever I try to put a Logic and Operations block into Block Procedure Blocks it does not let me. I have seen videos of people doing this. Am I doing something wrong?

The slots you are trying to put these in expect number parameter, but you are placing logic blocks in it. You can put blocks that return numerical value there, these blocks return logical value (true or false).
