'Blocks this ore can replace' stops the block spawning completely.

Issue description

If the 'blocks this ore can replace' field is ticked during block generation, the block will not spawn at all. I'm not really sure what's causing this but unticking the field fixed the issue. I'll mess with the code a bit and let you know if I find out how exactly this occurs.
