Procedure Blocks in Mob AI

Issue description

I would like to be able to use many blocks available in procedure creation in mob AI.

It would be nice to see if statements, variables, nbt and logic.

This would allow some more complex systems to be added to mob AI, such as mobs that do not attack you when you are wearing a certain helmet, but will attack you without it.
