Making a custom model block "Animate" (Like mob movement) on tick update?

So I want to make 2 certain parts of my model rotate on the y axis every tick but how do I do this?

So far I know the code to use (I Think... this is from the Mob head motion custom code tutorial):

this.PartName.rotateAngleY = f3 / (180F / (float)Math.PI);   but were do I put it so it updates every tick on a block, normaly the code would activate when the mob moves but this block dosnt move :( also it dosn't work when I put it custom codes for update tick. Please Help

This is very easy. You're just creating every frame in Techne and use the On tick update event. It'll change 1st block to the 2nd.But,if you want to hide animation blocks, you need change the source.Just remove the tab value in code. That's all!
