how to use higher res textures than 16 x 16?

Hi guys.

I'm a complete noob to MCreator. I've made my own resource pack, so I can do the graphical side of things.

I'm trying to create a new block, and load my own textures onto the block faces. When I click on 'import block texture', I get the message: "make sure your texture is 16 x 16 px big.

Is it possible to go higher than this? My blocks in the resource pack are 32, 64, 96 or 128.

Thanks.

P.S. If you want to see what I'm up to in Minecraft, check out my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYVwZPB0jFTaN7r0P7f-1hQ

It's OK, I found when I opened any file it was imported regardless of resolution.
