I've run multiple tests and have found out that the event to add items to a players inventory or to a GUI's inventory doesnt really work. When in game, I set up a hotkey that will check for an item. If that item is found it consumes that item then gives the player another item. It appears to work but as soon as you try to interact with the new item or with the inventory slot of the removed item, it updates to show that the events didnt really happen. So the "removed" item is still present and the "new" item is non-existant. So why can't I get this to work?
