Mob Drop ideas

When creating a mod the drop thing kinda annoys me so here are some of my ideas to improve it (that wouldnt be too hard to implement too)

1) Make it so an item drop is NOT required. The Bat mob in minecraft doesnt drop anything other than XP so it would be interesting if you could make mobs that dont drop anything.

2)Have more than 2 drops available. Having just 1 ocmmon and 1 rare drop isnt always useful as i may want a mob that can drop, say, 5 items

3) Choose how rare a drop is. So instead of just having "common" and "rare" you can set items too like "25%" or "1%"

yeah these are just some things that would be useful.

I believe that the third idea

I believe that the third idea is already possible through you have to do it through events. So when mob is killed drop it will drop item at x%
