Multiple mods in workspace cause export to fail.
Sat, 10/29/2016 - 14:57

I apologise in advance if this is my lack of knowledge rather than a bug.

I downloaded Mcreator from the latest link on this site & got Version 1.7.10.

All I am trying to do is create an alternative set of tools, something I have done in the past using Mcreator many times with no issue.

If I start with an empty workspace then add a simple tool & export, the export works fine.

If I add another tool so there are 2 mods in the workspace, the export then fails, even though this second tool exports fine if added to an empty workspace as the only mod.

If I delete all other mods from the workspace, so it is the only mod,  the export still fails.

The error is always the same format, "cannot find symbol" & always for the second mod.

I then have to Factory Reset before any other mod will export correctly.

Example errors:

Do you have an mods by the name of---->>> "dadaxe" if so, I would try to remove only that mod. I think there is a more definite fix, but I can not remember it. I will look into this matter more and see if i can fix it.

I would recomend remaking that mod, but use a different name and data values. The problem from what I can tell is that it cant find the symbol which is in the file in the mcreator file.

if you could please come back and let me know what you find out that would be great so i can help you further. This post is helpful to others, so if we can figure it out then that would be awesome!
