suppress command output

I want to make items that upon right-click, will execute a certain command. I know how to do this using events, BUT I want to have it work so that it DOES NOT print the command output into the chat, like "object successfully summoned" or "gave [itemname]x# to PlayerName"

How do I do this?

Use the gamerule command in your world i only forgot which one it was but it's on of those 3, i thought it was the first one but not sure tho, you can also check out the game rule wiki of minecraft.
